Oasis Catering can provide BBQ’s for all events, weddings, corporate and private. We use locally sourced meats where possible and only use Island suppliers. From hand-made burgers & sausages, to steak, salmon and fresh prawns, all served with freshly prepared sides. With choices of pasta salads, hot new potatoes and crusty french bread, to name but a few, there really is something to suit every taste.
